1. Keepsake items from your garments or your materials

        1.1  As each product is made presonal and unquie using different fabric from yourself the outcome may not look                     like the image you have chosen. We do our very best to make sure you receive the items you want, exactly as               you want them, but please be aware that they may vary slightly as refunds will not be given if the item is not                    exactly like the image when completed.                

        1.2   If when you recieve the finished product, and there is a fault with it, you must inform GillianStitchCreations                      straight away, with a discription of what the fault is and we will discuss it, inview to resolute the problem.

        1.3  If the fault is found to be the fault of GillianStitchCreations then, you will need to send back the item with                         proof of delivery, within 14 days. Recorded delivery is recommended. If found that the fault is                                           GillianStitchCreations we will fix the fault and refund you the postage.

        1.4  Where there is no actual fault with the item but you are unhappy with the appearance we may agree to try and                 alter it for a fee starting from £10 and may vary depending on the alterations, you will need to cover the                           postage back to us.  

        1.5  If after 28 days and the item becomes damaged , we reserve the right to charge a fee for repair of the item as we                     cannot be held responsible for handling or storage of these delicate keepsake items once in your possesion. 

        1.6  GillianStitchCreations will decide the placement of the materials to be used for the design of the item.

     2.  Non-Personal items

        2.1 If for some reason you do not want the item, then it must be returned in their original condition and packaging                within 14 days of delivery. We will then either replace the item or, if you prefer, offer a full refund of the goods                  less the original delivery charges. 

        2.2  All return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser and we recommend that you obtain a proof of postage                 receipt from the Post Office.

    3.  Contract

       3.1  By agreeing to use GillianStitchCreations, you agree for the product image to be used within                                           GillianStitchCreations.

        3.2  By agreeing to use GillianStitchCreations, you agree that you have read and agree to all Term's & Conditions.
